Hi, thanks for stopping by to learn more about Kuba Kreations!

My name is Erin and I have always had a passion for desserts, even from the time I was little and opened my first easy bake oven on Christmas. I've come a long way since then and found my love for making cakes while building a big cake for my dad's surprise 50th birthday, and have been creating cakes ever since for any kind of special occasion our customers can think of. And of course, the most important part is that our cakes taste as delicious as they look- they're are all baked from scratch without any preservatives, hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup and can be customized in any way!

After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California I worked in cities from San Francisco to Las Vegas and landed back in my home town of sunny San Diego. After years of my family and friends telling me I just had to open my own bakery, I finally had a clear vision of what I wanted my business to be after watching a moving documentary about the selfless act of giving and helping others in the world who are suffering and in need. I would use my gift of baking to start Kuba Kreations, Bakery in hopes of being able to one day help others in this same way. So, I began baking!

Since then, Kuba Kreations has been creating wedding + birthday cakes, dessert bars, edible favors + more all over San Diego County, Orange County and Temecula areas.

Everything we bake is hand made from scratch, with the best quality all natural ingredients, and with lots of love!
